Our pricing structure is based on the size of your pet and the length of their stay.

S - M Dogs (Up to 15kg) - $24 per day or part thereof
M - L Dogs (15kg and above) - $26 per day or part thereof
Puppies (under 18months old) - $26 per day or part thereof (We do not accept puppies under the age of 6 months old)
Day Stay - $26 per day or part thereof
Cats - $12 per day or part thereof
Pricing is subject to change and individual needs. You may be charged extra if your animal has additional needs that require more work.
Please note there are multiple discounts we offer. See below
Long stay (14 days or over) - we will remove 1 day charge and an additional 1 day for each additional week, after the initial 14 days, that your pet is with us.
Early Pick up - Working in with local motels, we will not charge for the day of pick up if you collect your pet before 10:30am. Please note, this will not be extended under any circumstances.
If you own property in Hanmer Springs, ask us about our locals discount. Please note that you may be required to show proof that you own property in Hanmer Spings. This discount is not available during Christmas, New Year and Easter
